Potatoes01One of the things I enjoy about the farmers market is learning about different varieties of food that in the past 50 years or so have been lost to the homogenization that has taken place in our food supply. Today, one of the stands had 17 varieties of potatoes! I love it. I bought 3 varieties, none of which I had heard of: German Butterball, Carola, and All Blue. Any suggestions on how to cook them?
