Troncones Beach Rum Punch

2 ounces Charbay Tahitian Vanilla Bean Rum
1 ounce Charbay Raspberry Vodka
2 ounces Dole Orange-Peach-Mango Juice
Top off with sparkling mineral water

Peel a pineapple, cut into small wedges, grill until caramelized, freeze overnight and use as garnish along with a basil leaf and lemon twist.
