Your Personal Chef
Ask any of your questions about cooking right here. How to plan a cocktail party for 20, cook a romantic dinner for 2, braise a lamb shank, de-bone a fish, make a squash soup. This is just like having your own personal cooking coach!

Chef Wendy began her career at the legendary San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara, and during that time, became friends and a protégé of one of it's frequent visitors: Julie Child. Julia sponsored her further education at Ecole de Cuisine La Varenne in Paris, and after graduating, she moved to the Napa Valley and worked as a Chef at Mustard’s Grill, under Cyndy Pawlcyn. After that, Wendy accepted a position as Executive Chef at award-winning Sierra Mar restaurant at Post Ranch Inn in Big Sur, California, where she began her foray into the world of organic cooking. Most recently, she was Chef at the exclusive desert hideaway, The Boulders and Golden Door Spa, in Carefree, Arizona.
Chef Wendy also had the distinction of creating many of the recipes in trainer Bob Greene's cookbook, "Guide to Good Eating", and served as Oprah's personal chef during one of her stays in Santa Barbara.
Wendy's style is straightforward: using seasonal, high-quality ingredients, and cooking and combining them in ways that let the ingredients speak for themselves.
